My philosophy is simple - you are all unique with your our own perceptions, feelings and beliefs. To live life fully, with happiness and joy, we all sometimes need helpful guidance.
I am dedicated to providing that guidance in a comfortable and confidential environment. I believe there is more than one path to experience healing, and I am well diversified in successful holistic and traditional therapeutic intervention.

I have a positive reputation and specialized experience working with children and families. As a master level therapist, I am dedicated to helping you and/or your loved ones achieve your goals with personalized therapy tailored to you and your needs.
Education:
Audra earned a Bachelor of Social Work Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she specialized in children and families. Audra received additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma Counseling, with an emphasis on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Audra's experience includes working as a crisis trauma counselor, mediator, group facilitator, and in-home therapist. Audra is also a practicing Reiki Master Teacher and will continue learning and practicing alternatives in holistic, natural healing.

Children’s Intuitive Group
Group open to children ages 7 – 12 (Group 1) or 13 – 17 (Group 2)
Space is limited to 6 participants in each group for this session.
Monday evenings for a 6 week session.
January 4 – February 8
Group 1: 5:30 – 6:30
Group 2: 6:30 – 7:30
Mission Statement: Providing a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for children to explore and share their intuitive gifts, abilities, and experiences.
Group Topics will include:
Deep Breathing & Relaxation Techniques
Safe Intuitive Exploration (Inner listening, vision)
Healing Techniques
Dream Work
Visualizations, Aura Work, & Chakra education
