Anna believes every person has the ability to grow, change and overcome obstacles in her or his life. Within the nurturing environment of a therapeutic relationship, individuals can deepen their understanding of themselves and their personal challenges, while learning new ways to handle life's difficulties. The therapeutic relationship also creates a place to release past traumas and loss, thus fostering healing and change.

Anna values a holistic approach to therapy, working to incorporate the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspect of each individual into the therapeutic process. She also believes in utilizing alternative healing methods, when appropriate, to help facilitate therapy. Anna is dedicated to assisting others in their journey through life.

Anna received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and her master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She also has a divinity degree in Spiritual Counseling, is a Reiki Master Teacher and is certified in hypnosis and therapeutic soul regression. She has additional training in Psych-K, Touch and Breathe Technique and Emotion Code therapies. She has more than 12 years of counseling experience, working with children and adolescents in a school setting and with adults in private practice.
